This trimester I have read 8 books.  Biggest Book Read: 325 Total Number of Pages Read: 2,460 Most Pages Read in a Week: 913     I really enjoyed all the books I read this trimester. I liked having a class where I could just read and then talk about it. I also liked that I found new types of books and different genres through this class.

Book Review #3

Book Review Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell  Published February 26th, 2013 by St. Martin's Press Goodreads Review :  Eleanor  is the new girl in town, and with her chaotic family life, her mismatched clothes and unruly red hair, she couldn't stick out more if she tried. Park  is the boy at the back of the bus. Black T-shirts, headphones, head in a book—he thinks he's made himself invisible. But not to Eleanor... never to Eleanor. Slowly, steadily, through late-night conversations and an ever-growing stack of mix tapes, Eleanor and Park fall for each other. They fall in love the way you do the first time, when you're young, and you feel as if you have nothing and everything to lose. My review: Two star crossed lovers willing to do anything and everything to be together. Eleanor and Park are two different people from two totally different worlds. When their worlds intercept, everything is thrown off balance. It all started when Eleanor started riding Park's bus.

Hanging out in Simon Snow forums, writing Simon Snow fanfiction, dressing up like the characters for every movie premiere. Cath's sister has mostly grown away from fandom, but Cath can't let go. She doesn't want to. Now that they're going to college, Wren has told Cath she doesn't want to be roommates. Cath is on her own, completely outside of her comfort zone. Throwback Thursday

Throwback Thursday Click Clack, Moo Cows that Type Goodreads Review :  Farmer Brown   has a problem. His cows like to type. All day long he hears Click, clack,  MOO. Click, clack,  MOO. Clickety, clack,  MOO. But Farmer Brown's problems REALLY begin when his cows start leaving him notes.... Doreen Cronin's understated text and Betsy Lewin's expressive illustrations make the most of this hilarious situation. Come join the fun as a bunch of literate cows turn Farmer Brown's farm upside down.   These books were really funny as a kid. I remember reading them 100 times and they never got old. My mom used to read them to me before bed and I really liked them. Rate: 3/5
